The Agents for Citizen-driven Transformation (ACT) Programme developed this toolkit to support CSOs in Nigeria in the strategic planning process. A strategic plan aims to improve the effectiveness and legitimacy of the CSO and endeavours to support the CSO's projects and programmes more sustainability.
The toolkit identifies background issues that inform or direct the strategic planning process and provides a framework for the CSO’s objectives and activities. It supports those CSOs with limited experience in strategic planning.
