The Agents for Citizen-driven Transformation (ACT) Programme developed this toolkit as a guideline to support CSOs to understand the importance of adopting a human rights-based approach (RBA) to development.
This is not a plan, training manual or handbook. The toolkit aims to provide guidance to CSOs on adopting a RBA approach to development within their state, and in response to their local context.
