Model police stations impact report: October 2015

Negative public perception of the police has changed

Justice for All worked with state commissioners of police and divisional police officers on model police stations. A model police station is one where policing services are based on a new integrated model of community policing, community safety partnerships, neighbourhood policing and joint problem solving.

While a small amount of funding was available for infrastructure improvements, the emphasis was on leadership, training and processes to support the Nigeria Police Force to improve its policing delivery and its relationship with communities.
